Born from love, resilience, and a dream to bring handcrafted ice cream to Main Street, Delta — woman-owned, family-operated.

Naomi Sutliff · "Mimi" — Founder & owner
Breast cancer survivor, baker, and the heart of the parlor. After recovery she turned a passion for homemade desserts into Delta's first dedicated ice cream shop — scratch batches, real ingredients, and a place where guests feel like family.
Joseph Sutliff — Chief of operations & GM
Naomi's son; runs day-to-day alongside her. Together they shaped the retro 1950s diner you see today — red-and-white decor, jukebox, checkered walls — while keeping every cone, waffle cone, and dollop of whipped cream made in-house.
