Ice Cream & Sweet Treats

The same recipes and standards as 320 Main Street — homemade, local dairy, and 100% Mexican vanilla. Nothing changes but the address.

Adult boozy shakes

The liquor license is in hand. Grown-up shakes and sundaes are coming to the Roadhouse counter — poured at their own station, with ID checked every order.

Bacon & Bourbon Shake

Bourbon, candied bacon, and our vanilla base — salty, smoky and cold.

Mint Mojito Sundae

White rum, fresh mint and lime over ice cream. Summer on the patio, in a dish.

The 21+ station, in short

  • Poured at its own station, separate from the family ice cream counter.
  • ID required for every order, every time — no exceptions.
  • 21+ desserts are served to guests 21 and over only, never to minors.
  • Full house rules go up here before opening day.
