Meet Naomi & Joseph
Naomi Sutliff is a breast cancer survivor, baker, and the heart of Mimi's Sweet Treats. After her recovery, she turned her passion for homemade desserts into Delta's first dedicated ice cream parlor — a place where every scoop is made from scratch and every guest feels like family.
Her son Joseph Sutliff, Chief of Operations and General Manager, runs the day-to-day alongside her. Together they built a retro 1950s diner atmosphere — complete with red and white decor, a jukebox, and checkered walls — right on Main Street.
They source locally from Rocking W Dairy and use 100% Mexican vanilla in every batch. Everything — from waffle cones to whipped cream — is made in-house.
