Here's a look at the events we're planning for our Wednesday Family Fun nights. Each one is designed for all ages — kids, parents, and grandparents welcome.
Cookie Decorating Night
Fresh-baked cookies, bags of frosting, sprinkles galore. Design your own masterpiece — or just eat it. No judgment. All ages welcome.
Painting Night
Guided canvas painting for all skill levels. Enjoy ice cream while you create — we'll have all the supplies ready for you.
Build-Your-Own Sundae Bar
Choose your base, pick your toppings, load up the whipped cream. A Mimi's classic turned into a full family event — everyone gets to play.
Bingo Night
Classic bingo with sweet prizes, fun callers, and ice cream service all night. Grab a card, grab a shake, and get lucky.
Trivia Night
Team up for rounds of general knowledge, local Colorado trivia, pop culture, and fun categories. Prizes for winners — bragging rights for everyone.
Game Night
Board games, card games, and family favorites spread across tables. Bring your crew or meet new neighbors — ice cream makes every game better.

Each event is announced on Facebook and Instagram first, usually 1–2 weeks ahead. Follow us to stay in the loop and see what theme is coming next.
Sign Up Early
Spots are limited so families all get a good experience. Sign-up will be available online (coming soon) or by calling (970) 874-3163.
Show Up & Have Fun
Every Wednesday event runs in the evening. Come to 320 Main Street, grab your ice cream, and enjoy the night. We handle all the setup — you just bring the family.
