Dairy Free Happy Ice
Water ice — a Philly-born classic made from real fruit, water, and sugar (no dairy). Created by Italian immigrant pushcart vendors in early-1900s Philadelphia, New Jersey, and NYC, it sits somewhere between a sorbet and a slush — silky, refreshing, and naturally vegan.
